Each ritual is thoughtfully assembled and includes items intended for personal use, which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Select unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days.

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out to us at hello@thegentleritualshop.com within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
