Each ritual is thoughtfully assembled and packaged with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@thegentleritualshop.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
