I was feeling this myself earlier this year, and I have seen it in the women around me. This made me realize how often we expect clarity right away. How much we want to know exactly who we are and where we're going. But most of the time, we're just becoming. This ritual is a way to sit in that space without rushing it. To feel grounded and comforted when something new is taking shape.
